What if anything can you download to this Android device?

Once you have made purchase of this Android device it yours to do as you please; With that said we do not encourage you to make any changes in the settings.

What to do if you go into an app that ask you to subscribe or sign in?

Unless you are prepared to possibly pay for something you have already paid for, please back out of this app. None of the apps we at BlasTvSolutions provide you will ever ask you to sign in or pay.

What if apps seem to buffer a lot?

Goto the settings. Goto systems choose that and then go to the bottom of that list (Restart). Choose restart and let device power down and restart. This can usually fix most issues.

Know you WiFi speed.

This is key to a great start. We recommend 300mbps speed or above to enjoy your service with very minimal buffering or interruptions. Hotspot connections via your cell phone or a shared hotspot may work for a short period but the bandwidth will not allow you to enjoy your services to its fullest.

1.   Proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges.

2.   Merchandise must be returned within a 24 hour period with said proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.

3.   Refunds will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

4.   Absolutely No Refunds on discounted items.

5.   Exchange only after 24-hour period of purchase with original receipt. No Cash refund.

6.   Exchange or refund must have all parts included along with original packaging and matching serial number(s).
